Transforming Crane Safety Starts Here

The Most Dangerous Words on a Jobsite: "We've Always Done It This Way"

Experience is valuable. Complacency is dangerous.

One of the biggest risks in crane operations isn't equipment failure—it's becoming so comfortable with a task that we stop questioning it.

Conditions change. Loads change. Ground conditions change. Personnel change.

Just because a lift was performed successfully yesterday doesn't guarantee it can be performed safely today.

Before every lift, ask:
✅ What's different today?
✅ Have conditions changed?
✅ Are there new hazards?
✅ Does the lift plan still work?

The most experienced crews aren't the ones who take shortcuts. They're the ones who continue to evaluate risks, follow the plan, and stay alert no matter how routine the job may seem.

Stay experienced. Don't become complacent.
